Consultation has concluded
Pembury Parish Council submitted the Pembury Neighbourhood Development Plan to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council on 4 November 2022 in accordance with Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
In accordance with Regulation 16 the Borough Council is inviting representations on the Pembury Neighbourhood Development Plan for an eight-week period from Monday 5 December to 5pm on Monday 30 January 2023.
This is a consultation on a pdf document and you will find the Pembury Neighbourhood Plan consultation document at the top of the list under the 'Pembury Submissions Plan and Supporting Documents' tab on the right hand side of the screen. You can make comments on the submission version of the Pembury Neighbourhood Development Plan by clicking on the 'Complete Form' button below. In responding to the consultation you may also request to be notified of the Council’s decision, in due course, regarding the outcome of the Pembury Neighbourhood Development Plan under Regulation 19 (see Question 4 of the survey). When you have entered all your information, please click on the 'Submit' button to send us your response.
