Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is pleased to present its draft Statement of Licensing Principles for the Gambling Act 2005 Policy in accordance with section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005.
We invite you to read the draft policy and feedback any comments you wish to make, so that they can be taken into consideration at the Licensing Committee on 19 November 2024 for inclusion in the final draft which will be presented to Full Council for ratification on the 11 December 2024 and becomes policy.
Comments are invited on this draft policy by the 29 October 2024.
Once Full Council has approved the policy, copies may be downloaded via our website, or on request, a hard copy can be sent.
