THE KENT COUNTY COUNCIL WOOD STREET (PERMIT PARKING) (TUNBRIDGE WELLS) ORDER 2023

The following Traffic Regulation Order has recently been made, the effect of which is to introduce permit parking bays in the access road between the rear of 70-102 Camden Road and the Age UK building in Wood Street, Tunbridge Wells. These will be enforceable from Monday 27^th November 2023. Should you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks of publication of the notice, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
