The Kent County Council (Various Roads Borough of Tunbridge Wells) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order (Amendment No.3) Order 2024

The effect of this made Order is to make permanent the car club bays which were introduced on an experimental basis in Amherst Road, Goods Station Road and Warwick Park. This Order also makes some administrative amendments which do not change or have any effect on existing restrictions.

The reason for making this Order is to make permanent the car club bays following a successful experimental period to encourage use to benefit the environment. The administrative amendments are necessary to ensure restrictions currently in place are shown correctly in the original Order.
