The following Traffic Regulation Order has recently been made, the effect of which is to introduce new yellow lines at various locations within the borough of Tunbridge Wells. These will be enforceable from Monday 27th November 2023. Should you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks of publication of the notice, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
