LVSA have been appointed by Tunbridge Wells Council taxi licensing section to review levels of demand for hackney carriage and private hire vehicles in the area served by the Council.
We are seeking input from key stakeholders to identify taxi usage, issues and compliments.
LVSA is an independent consultancy who have been asked to carry out this engagement with you on behalf of the taxi licensing authority at Tunbridge Wells Brough Council. A summary of the results of this consultation will be provided to the Council, but your personal details will not be included. This survey is anonymous and individual responses will not be linked to any persons’ identity. The data will be kept safely and securely and destroyed 12 months after the consultation results have been presented.
The survey is brief and should only take a few minutes to complete we want to hear your views and experiences of the licensed service (hackney carriage [hcv] and private hire vehicles [phv]) in this area. If you are unable to complete the survey by yourself, you are welcome to ask someone else to complete it on your behalf.
Please feel free to add further information you believe to be relevant. To confirm, your responses will be summarised and included in our report and will not identify any individual. If you write or call on behalf of more than one person, please let us know how many people you are representing.
