You are encouraged to read the draft document in full; A summary of the changes are listed below.

Environmental Considerations.
Testing of vehicles.
National Register.
Mandatory contactless/card payments; and
Equality Act, etc
Anyone wishing to comment can add these via the comments form below before midnight on Friday 10 November 2023. Any comments relating to specific areas of the policy should include reference to the associated section and page number.
All responses received before the consultation closes at Midnight on Friday 10 November 2023 will be taken into consideration for inclusion in the final draft that will be presented to the Council’s Licensing Committee for comment, with a view that the final approved policy will take effect from 21 November 2023.
